Refund Policy

The application fee is non-refundable. It confirms your interest and covers the cost of processing your application and online assessment.

If you withdraw before the programme commencement date, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the programme fee, subject to a deduction of administrative charges.

Once the training programme has commenced, programme fees are generally non-refundable, as seats and resources have been allocated.

If a programme is cancelled by eDupRo Academy of BFSI before it begins, you will receive a full refund of the programme fee paid.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15–30 business days. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

To request a refund, email admissions@edupro.example with your registration details and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 7 business days.
